A six-week programme for children aged 8 to 12 — building the thinking habits that AI cannot replace.
Cohort 1 is free · Limited to 25 families · Guwahati, India
Think about what your child saw online last week. A photograph shared in a family WhatsApp group. A video that seemed too surprising to be true. An AI chatbot that agreed with everything they said. Most of us scrolled past without stopping. Our children did too.
Children aged 8 to 12 are the first generation with no memory of a world before AI-generated media. Their brains are still forming the habits of mind that will carry them through adulthood — and those habits are being shaped right now, largely without their awareness.
Research shows that even trained adults correctly identify high-quality AI-generated content only 24.5% of the time. For children whose sense of identity, capacity for trust, and emotional skills are still developing, the challenge is significantly greater.
Most digital safety programmes address screen time or cyberbullying. None of them address what it means to grow up in an environment designed to move you emotionally before you have had a chance to think. That is what RealityRoot was built for.
Each session is 8 to 9 minutes. One clear idea. One lasting habit.
No app. No login. Arrives where your family already is.
An 8 to 9 minute video arrives via WhatsApp or email. Designed to hold a child's attention and leave one idea that stays.
One for your child alone. One for you both together. One observation to carry through the week.
Explains what your child learned and how to continue the conversation at home — without needing to watch the session first.
We built RealityRoot because we kept seeing the same thing — children who are sharp, curious, and kind, being shaped by environments designed to bypass their thinking rather than develop it. We are not a technology company.
RealityRoot was developed in collaboration with child psychology, AI literacy, and curriculum design experts. It draws on peer-reviewed research in child development, digital wellbeing, and the psychology of human-AI interaction. Every session is built around one principle: a child who knows how to pause and think clearly is a child who can navigate anything.
Cohort 1 is free. Limited to 25 families. Launching 15 August 2026.
